repeat match-up of last years ALDS, and not much should change here. if you have not seen santana pitch you are in for a real treat. this guy brings back memories of gibson or koulfax -- forget schilling, r. jphnson, or pedro -- santana is above and beyond that, and much more. he exudes confidence on the mound. and speaking of confidence -- the twins bats truly feel they can hit mussina, the only thing that hurts the twins chances tonite is the moronic tendencies of their manager -- gardenhire. if he doesn't let santana go 8 there could be problems. tonite:

Hansen, I played the first two games today #1 LA/STL over 8.5 #2 Boston ML @-165 but i think i'll just hold off and watch the Twins and Yankees. I know what you mean about the pitching. Good Luck with your bets!!!!! :) al watts

Hansen, good luck. Santana has been on fire. I'm playing them in the first five tonight.

agree with you here, i like the fact that in 12 innings
vs the yankees in aug and sept, santana has only given up 3 runs.

Hans,

I posted 5 units worth of wins in the day games and another 4 with the Twins to win the first 5 innings. I have a 3* on the Yanks due to your comments about pulling Santana in the 7th. He needs to go 8 so Nathan can clean up. I will throttle these playoffs so get ready B.

Go Twins!!!!

i guess my hedge (over???) didn't pan out, but hit the twins harder so all is well. santana definitely did not have his stuff tonite -- i think you will hear that the weather might have had something to do with it -- very cold!!! he's a sure bet in gm #4 (hopefully) or #5 this game will keep the number down and there should be some good value there. i also think there might be some value in the twins in a sweep here. it's a long shot, but the odds should reflect that, and i think there is a reasonable opportunity for them to get it done -- radke is tuff, and silve in the dome -- maybe.
