Trouble With Olympic

I have contacted customer service and had a long talk with a supervisor about why I could not get the 10% bonus they offer on their website. I signed up in June to wager on Wimbledon but when I made my deposit I told them I did NOT want the bonus at that time because I did not want any restrictions on my money. I did ask if I could take the bonus at a different time and the customer service rep. said that would be OK.

I just made a deposit and asked for the bonus and they said no the bonus offer expired Sept. 30th, but it still shows 10% bonus on the website. I therefore called to speak with a supervisor and he said because I made a deposit in June and did not roll it 4 times that I was not eligible for the bonus. I told him that when I signed up that I did NOT want the bonus now and wanted to take it at another time to which I was told was OK therefore I was not obligated to roll it. I then said if you are not going to give me the bonus I was told I could take later, then I want to withdraw my funds and he said then you have to pay all the Neteller fees which is almost $400!!!

How can they offer a bonus, tell someone if they do not take the bonus on the first deposit they CAN take it on the next deposit, then not give the bonus and charge for the Neteller withdrawal?

Has anyone ever had a good experience with Olympic? Can the General help? Anything would be appreciated even if they just take the bonus offer off the website so as not to scam any one else.

um, their neteller fees are zero or $15

the bonus if for the initial deposit. sometimes the CS clerks make mistakes

the thing olympic is #1 at is the withdrawl/deposit fees on everything. they keep the cost as low as possible on everything. neteller fees are good and western union they re-imburse on 300+ deposit and on withdrawl they give the western union perfered customer rate which I know of no other book doing. much less, books just giving you the normal WU rate it seems like they always want to tack on 20 bucks more than it really costs.

Neteller charges 3.9% to merchants. They charge that much at BetGrande too! Why do they tell someone the can take a bonus later and then when later comes around say "no"?

My mistake on the 3.9% Neteller charge, it is only $15 thus I will withdraw out of principle. If they do not trust their CS reps to give out correct information then they should not allow them to answer the phones.

based on good customer service, & if true you didnt get the bonus on the first deposit....

management should have honoured the bonus on the second deposit (IMO), maybe they are not OBLIGATED to do so.... however it would be GOOD customer service....

Of course I agree with SportSavant and my reading of the bonus was a one-time bonus so they did not get scammed for people wanting reloads etc. However, I am asking for the bonus for the first time ever. Why offer a bonus if you do not want people to take the bonus whether they take it immediately or at a later date.

the only problem I ever had with oly was there clerks and the accent I can not understand a word they say but never had a problem with them ..they pay in 5 mins neteller...and have the lines up quick...maybe they misunderstood you hawai...but 10% is nothing man you do not need it ...why have your money tied up for the rollover for 10%....**** the bonus IMO ...no need GL though

Dante, True it is not much but to not be charged for withdrawals you have to wager for a month? What happened to 1 roll and free withdraws?

Never had a problem with Oly.

Email Chris (he posts here and other places sometimes) or especially Wally. Hopefully they can help you out.
I've found its always best to call BEFORE doing anything that may be contrary to the norm. just my experience.

Thanks for the advice Assasins! Are they at Oly? I had zero luck with the supervisor I spoke to and we talked for several minutes.
