Pinnacle charged me a fee for my one free withdrawl

Pinnacles website states clearly that I can have one free neteller withdrawl per month of 500 dollars I withdrew 500 bucks and got charged 15 bucks.

wtf?

was just informed of that fact, and who the hell would have known that, based on what I posted up above it just says I get one free a month, no asterick stating any requirements at all

pinnacle reversed this fee after I agreed not to do book to book transfers.

I dont really see any need to use another book than pinny as they are the best.

I know others disagree.

If they re the best then it should've been posted somewhere. You say it wasn't so they aren't 100% accurate with their bonuses of one free Neteller per month are they?? You just opened up can of worms IMO.

You didn't say they weren't the best. I'm sure you and many posters have reasons for them being #1. But IMO they should somewhere inform posters that the FREE Netteller per month expires t request of a book to book transfer. Does it say this ANYWHERE. Alot of people transfer and deal with Netteller for large sums of money.
