Avoid The Vo Group ( Bhb,mvp,vwager,tcbets, Etc) -- Disaster Waiting To Happen

First of all this is John Kerry. I have clicked so many on block and got therx emails blocked, and I cant unblock it. Therefore I couldnt get a new password sent to me because I have the rx emails blocked and I cant unblock it.


Second, I have had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE getting withdrawals from these books. I am down so much money with these books it is sickening, and every time I deposit there is no problem, but when you try to withdrawal its nothing but excuses. This recent withdrawal makes the 4th this year and the 4th time this year that I have gotten BS excuses until posting on the forum. I had an issue with mvpsportsbook where I got nothing but excuses for over a week until I posted it at major wager and then I got paid within 30 minutes. Then I had a tcbets payout where I got nothing but excuses until I posted it here.

On Sunday I tried to put in a withdrawal for $146 . Yes for just $146. I wanted to just get my balance and get out of the book. I thought I would have no problem since the amount was so low. I was wrong. I was put on hold for almost 1 1/2 hours until I just gave up. The call was made after all games were off the board for the day, I didnt call at 1145 AM. I waited until the games were gone.

Finally I called back early monday morning and got the request put in. As I speak, I have nothing from them, just a new excuse every day. Yes this is only day 4, but I think its ridiculous to wait 4 days for a PPATM withdrawal of $146. I was told I would get it by tuesday morning at the latest. They are currently running me through their list of excuses, I even got a few new excuses this time. Every time I call to inquire they are rude asses acting like I shouldnt be bothering them. By the way, I never called 1 time until late last night. I gave them 60 hours without bothering them. They are rude as hell every time I call acting like they dont want the hassle.

One thing that is clear is that this book does not have a lot of money. Any book with money WOULD NOT slow pay on every payout request to a player who is overall down huge with their book. The writing is on the wall here and its plain to see, hell even this site had issues with being paid from this group of books.

By the way, I called rich about this and he told me he is tcbets and has nothing to do with bhb. He said its a different company.

Funny, they play the identical bob golic answering machine message at both books while you wait on hold for an hour ??
Funny that when I deposit to tcbets or bhb, I am depositing to the exact same VO group account.

Erase it if you want, its all true. I am putting it up to warn all and let them do as they choose.

I played a lot of baseball futures there because they had the best price. I have not made a depsoit since this trouble started about 6 months ago. Had teh Yankees to win the AL east at -120 early in the season when the Sox had the lead. This withdrawal, as well as the tcbets withdrawal was a function of pending plays from months ago being graded. The tcbets withdrawal was from NBA Finals plays being graded. Trust me, I will never go back, and I dont want to run to the forums like this, but quite honestly it seems to be the only way you get paid.

They seem to be doing a 20% deposit bonus all the time anymore as well.

I remember a few days ago it said OCT 1,2,3,4 ONLY

Now it says OCT 5,6,7,8 ONLY

Let me guess, next is the 20% bonus OCT9,10,11,12 ONLY

They seem to be mighty anxious to get deposits ( no matter what it takes), too bad they cant get you a $146 withdrawal within 4 days.

By the way, last night I was given a list of excuses as to why I didnt have it yet, and was told I would definilty have it by 12 NOON EST today. Sure glad I wasnt holding my breath on their word.

They are a pain in the ass when asking for payouts.I posted this a couple weeks back and I will say it again.On their site it says they do book to book transfers.I call and ask them who they do them with and they tell me they don't do them.I say then why is it on your site?They then tell me they will do it I just have to find a book who will do it with them.I had to call around like a jagoff asking does transfers with them(not many people will) after calling more than 10 books I find one that wil and then call Players back to tell them.After a day and a half I call and ask where my transfer is I am transfered to accounting where a rude prick told me they won't do it.I say why did I have to wait so long for you to tell me.The prick then says I'm telling you now.Now I had enough and said I want my money neteller.They said ok it can take up to 3 days to get a payout via neteller.I got the payout after almost 2 days.I will never play at one of their books again.The cs is beyond despicable.

I had this same problem with tcbets which is a member of this group I am almost 100% sure. This was posted on the forum and I got paid immediatly.

As well, THIS VERY SITE had a problem with this book paying. You say I am just another poster trying to damage a group of books, I ask you was shrink just another guy trying to damage a group of books when HE HIMSELF SAID this group wasnt paying him and he also said he knew of several slow pay complaints with this book and that was even before I had my problems so they werent me but other books.

This group of books has constant bonus deals which seem to be every day all of a sudden, and its a total pain in the ass to ever get a payout, how does that mean I am trying to damage their rep. Their rep sucks anyway and they are damaging it themselves by dragging their feet on a $146 payout.

Yes I had to wait 1 1/2 hours, but what else could I do ? Just tell them to keep the money. I didnt expect it was going to be that long, but 10 minutes turned into 20 which turned into 30 and so on.

This is exactly what I am experiencing with these guys. Not only are they slow about sending you your money, they are rude assholes as well. They act like I am being unreasonable calling them on day #4 when they said I would get it on tuesday but no way would it go beyond wednesday (day 3 ), then I called last night and they gave me the line of excuses and told me to just wait until noon EST today and I would have it for sure. I called back at 2pm EST today which gave them an extra 2 hours on what they had told me, and after being on hold for almost 7 minutes they start the excuses again and told me to wait a few more hours.

Several of these books offered a 20% bonus with a TWO TIME rollover for a brief time about 2 months ago. I deposited and made a few bucks. Then called to withdraw. I was told on two separate occasions that the rollover was 5X. They were quite adamant. Not only that but they were more than a few dollars off on what I had already wagered.

Finally I called them a third time and told them that my complaint was all written out for the RX and I wanted all my money or I would hit the submit button.

After being put on pause for a minute or so I was offerred an apology saying it was their mistake and they would be glad to send my entire balance. Also I asked them if they were still offering the two weekend games at no juice. The guy said sure. I said well I didn't get them offered at all for two weeks in a row not to mention that my limits on those games had been already cut to $100.They sent all my money [including the pennies] and it was in neteller the next day. Done with all of them and you should be too.

That is exactly my experience. They string you along until something is on the forums. This group of books is a total joke. As I see there are many who have experienced the same problems, and noone seems to have anything positive to say about this book. Hopefully I will be getting my $146 before the end of day 4.

Well I knew it wouldnt take long before they would move it to protect their scamming, slow paying advertiser.

Of course, the al thread is still on the front page. Al doesnt advertise here.

Of course, when Shrink had a problem with this exact same group it remained in offshore for days ----- until this group paid him.

Hide it here guys, maybe not very many other posters will learn about this slow paying advertiser. Whatever you have to do to protect your own financial interests.

7 different posters have put in an opinion here and its all the same. 7 negatives and not 1 positive - maybe there is something to it ?

Time to hide the thread where noone will see it. Keep your slow paying advertiser as long as they pay the ad bill, but let them get behind on that and this site will be the first to bash the book.

Pay the ad bill - and its OK to slow pay and scam.

Dont pay the ad bill - and the site will crucify you regardless of the quality of your book.
