What safeguards are in place to secure my funds and Mansions ability to repay them?

How can you make Money off of no fees in the exchange?

I have had some tech. issues with the software that they said a few others have also had. I must say that the customer service has been very good in trying to help me out though. I do not agree with the ID requirement for a withdraw. I think it just looks bad that they will let you play without it, but if you want to withdraw some money, they need it then. Just looks bad to me, I feel like if they really need it, that they should ask for it up front. Finally I find it strang that they advertise that they are looking for help. Not really a concern, just seems odd for some reason.

How do you make an offer or lay bet on the exchange? The reply I got was not helpful, involving the legend and getting a different colour but I still don't understand how to make an offer.
