I doubt there is anything to worry about. I used Firepay once several years ago. But had a small problem getting them to put the funds back on my credit card. (That was back when CC worked fine). I think basically that I was just dealing with an incompetitent employee. She sounded like it was her first day on the job. I was turned off by that one experience and later found Neteller and they seemed to me--to know "whoson1st and whatson2nd". With Firepay--Idont'know was playing 3rd! But I think you'll be ok.
Unless things have drastically changed, Firepay is a real piece of ****. If you haven't had problems with Firepay, you just haven't been around long enough. It amazes me that anyone would even consider going into business with these thieves.
They flat out stole $2000 from my account at Olympic and I have the absolute proof in the matter, including an admission of fault by Firepay. Screw them.
