Grande still does not have the college football lines up internet but live lines does

Just 90 minutes til kickoff and still no college football lines at Grande. Grande guys please wake up.

But Live Lines still gives them credit by posting numbers.

BetGrande you are really messing up on customer service for College football.

I appreciate that this must be extremely frustrating. Grande's feed has lines being sent to us, but apparently this is not quite in sync with their site.

I will alert Grande to this situation, and hopefully they will be able to look into this.

Unfortunately, as great as Grande is -- the are probably the book on the lines that I have the least number of influential contacts at.

Sorry for any inconvienance.Regarding Grande's overnite lines, at this time only the NFL is available for wagering, the NCAA football will go up between 10:30 and 10:40 e.s.t. the next morning.Once the NBA starts that will also be available overnite. Mr. Austin,
Could you relay the concerns about the NCAAF lines existing in the feed to the RX, but not on your site to the appropriate IT channels.

Also, I've been sending weekly usage stats to Rob, as I did not have a marketing contact. Could you provide the marketing contact's email to me and I'll be certain to include him/her in the weekly stats email.
