I wagered $860 - all on video poker and kept all the bonus.
I went to withdraw and the screen says I needed to wager another $1183.
Two months ago I cashed out - if the wagering requirements are carried over - I still do not have that large of a balance. The total should be $1600 minus the $860 wagered this month and whatever I wagered last month when I busted out.
I emailed from inside their website. A couple of days later they replied that I probably wagered on an a prohibited game. That was all the message said.
The casino has play logs and it clearly showed all my wagering on video poker - which is allowed.
Two more emails have not been answered.
Phoned the CSRs and found they really do not have a clue. Could not help at all.
Anyone have a contact other than CSRs ?
