Wow, you know the league, and the execs at ABC spend lots of time seeing which games will be the best for Monday Night Football each week....Of course they have to choose way ahead of time, but they try and find the best matchup wach week...
So far this year, we have gotten some duds...
first game wasnt bad KC at Denver,
second game was the best..Minn at Philly (although the game didnt play out that good)
then we got (1-1) dallas at (1-1) washington (seems we always get a wash/dallas game no matter how bad they are)
then we got (0-3) KC at (2-1) Baltimore, a game you would have thought would probably be matching division leaders at the time, but no....
now this week, we have Tennessee at Green Bay....a game i am SURE they thought would be matching division leaders most likely, but winning teams for sure, instead we get (1-3) vs. (1-3) with 2 injured qb's, and 2 teams that are barely hanging on for their playoff lives, very early in the season.....whoever loses tonight can probably write the playoffs off for good, seeing as they are trailing the Colts (4-1) and the Vikings (4-1)......
Not the matchup they had hoped for I am sure.....
Must be hard to predict way ahead of time what game will be good, seems most weeks the Sunday Night game has made a better choice than the Monday night game......
Oh well, since its the ONLY game to bet on, it might as well be arizona at buffalo, cuz everyone will be watching for the $$$$$$$$$$
