Do I really need to make a long distance phone call for some silly $1000 withdrawal?

Just for a bit of fun I opened an account with BetRoyal a few months ago. I deposited $1000. My normal way of play would be to just bet the $1000 straight away in one bet and if that one wins, then I will try to build up a balance of some $5000 before I make a withdrawal. Royal however hardly ever lets me bet close to $500, so there is no point in keeping a large balance with them. I now have a balance of just over $2000 and simply want to withdraw my initial deposit of $1000, so I made a withdrawal request and I got this message:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com

I'll tell you one worse than that .Last Football season I wanted to withdraw $500. from WWTS--back to my Neteller acct. I had to call them. THEN--After i made the call the clerk tells me I must answer some security questions. I had NO IDEA what she was talking about. She asked me what was my favorite color. Again I told her --I have no idea!! She said make up one and call BACK!!!!!!!!!

Then she had the GALL to tell me it was Neteller which required it!!!
Never before and never since--has any book asked me this.

until Bet Royal Funds its Neteller account its only a B book. players want to move in and out of Neteller not have checks coming to their mail boxes and homes.

I have no problem with a phone call to get funds going however.

Is Skybook also still doing that?

I know V-wager that is the only way to get a withdraw request.

I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but let's see if I can understand this.

I funded the account through Neteller. Play--A few weeks go bye. I win and ask for $500. to be put back in my Neteller acct. Where was the security when I deposited--They see where the funds came from--Just put them back in the same place! I don't get it. And WWTS is one of the most revered books out there. All in all-I had to wait more than 4 hours.
You want security questions---Tell the player this FIRST! What part of that is complicated?

When you first sign up with WWTS they ask you for
a favorite color, they also asked me for my mothers
maiden name, and my name of birth. I recorded it
just in case, and as you said they ask you for it
before you can get a wd.

Pinnacle now has a system called instadebit,
in about 15 minutes you can have money in your
account straight from you checking account.
Totally free, if you ask for a wd that is free
if it is 500 or more. If not it cost 15. No hassles there

Also no wd hassles at bo-dog, I always get it in
24 hours or less, straight to my checking account.

Intertops does the same. But, I am not crazy about them.

My next move is to send them an email explaining to them that I will have to make a long distance call and that I am not really in a mood to do that.

I want to know if my buddies here at the RX are on my side when they reply that I MUST phone them for a withdrawal, which I may refuse to do and from then on I will refer to them as being a stiff joint, if they do not pay me.

As my English friend that works for the new Sands casino here in Macau always says:"You gotta laugh, he".

ACW, how many times have you been kicked out of Royal and how many different names do you use to post up? You were the same guy that got shafted last time that SBR was helping you out after you wanted them to put the money in your buddies bank account and they said no (naturally SBR forgot to tell us about this). You were posting here under some other "first time poster name" (wood or something like that)

Of course it's ridiculous to make you call for a neteller payout. There are passwords, security IDs, IP checks, and other ways to ensure security. Only the shlt books do such a thing. In a way I'm glad they are so stupid and unaware of themselves because it gives us a way to recognize a shlt book before getting slow paid or stiffed.

And even if what the Major says is true (and I'll believe it only after hearing both sides), only a shlt book exposes itself to bonus whoring anyway.

Attract players by being intelligent, not by catering to only a certain segment with flashy ads, big bonuses, tits

and ass etc. and playing cat and mouse with the other segment.

Pinnacle, WSEX and Olympic don't run into such problems, do they? Didn't think so.

I think acw doesn't have a nothing to do with Danish.

Personally, I doesn't like to call to books and talk language I don't understand well. Most books offers free calls only from North America. Sometimes I haven't even got a bonuses after I loaded my account, just because I should call in to get my bonuses. Well, maybe I would call in if they are ready to send my cash, but not in other cases
