Man, what a game last night!!!

Back to reality for the Sox, but wait, they are -150, AGAIN????? What is going on here?? Yanks are the better team are at home, own pedro and they are +140. HA, come on now, sure maybe America wants the Sox to win, but until they do so, how can you possibly make them favorites over a team that they just cannot seem to beat?

On to the game. Pedro is not the same Pedro, Yanks have owned him this year and they make him a -150 favorite, on the road? Pedro's last 5 starts have been unimpressive for the most part so why will he all of a sudden pitch a gem tonight? Yanks bats came alive early last night, then again late when they needed those insurance runs. Pedro has pitched the most innings for him since 2000 and that might be taking a toll on him, but either way, strong or not, the Yanks will hit Pedro AGAIN tonight as there is no reason to believe theat he can dominate this team. Yankee hitters are extremely confident and the pressure is on Pedro to put the team on his back. Unfortunately for the little man, he won't be able to do that tonight.

Now Lieber, this is where it gets a bit scary, however, the last start against Minne turned out to be very solid. After getting hit HARD in the first 2 innings, he composed himself and gave the Yanks a much needed solid start to keep the team in the game and give them a chance to win. Yesterday's win helps relieve some pressure off of him and he will be composed tonight which will allow him to make the pitches he needs to win, or to help the team win and go back to Boston for the SWEEP. Yes, Yanks will win game 3 also. Brown vs. Arroyo??? HA, but game 4 will be a toss up depending on whether or not Schilling pitches. Also, Lieber has faced Boston 3 times this year and has fared rather well in all 3, especially the 2 starts at home vs. them.

Jeter, Arod, Sheff, Matsui, Bernie and even George may get into the action tonight prove too much to handle for Pedro as the Yanks win again tonight.

Also leaning to the over however have not played it yet at this time.

Again, there is HUGE value on the Yanks, and I am playing the YANKS +140 (Pinnacle line, and again, I will probably get it a bit lower betting with a local book although I did get +130 last night) once again.

Thanks man, hope we are on the same side, haven't had a chance to peek around yet but I assume by waiting around we are. I may do the same thing as I did yesterday after seeing your post; lay half of my intended bet on the ML and the other half at the +1.5. I can't believe these lines are going up and up. NY is the better team, win or lose.

Oh yeah, take the Yanks G3 too in Fenway. Brown will come out to pitch and Arroyo will get hammered.

TY sir, too often I let my "homer" team get into the way of my logic, like I'd bet the METS just cuz they are on TV and I would make some stupid case for them (not saying ur logic yesterday was wrong, just showing my own idiocy), and, as we all know, they lose more times than not. I am just glad that I really don't like the Yanks much, so if I can make a case for them, I know it's not a homer thing.

Hate to say it Dano, but this series isn't looking good for your Sox. For your sake, I hope Pedro pitches a good game, however, he has a lot of pressure and I just don't think he will come through in the clutch. For my sake, I hope he doesn't as I wll be riding this Yank wave.

****CHANGE OF PLAY****

Locked in the Yanks on the run line +1.5 at -115. No bet on the Yanks to win the game as IMO, after reanalyzing, the run line is the smart bet after taking the ML yesterday with the Yanks. Don't want to be kicking myself if the Yanks lose a close one and the -115 is a short price to pay for the +1.5.

I still feel the Yanks will win a close one, however if the ball bounces the other way, I want to have that insurance.

Again, my play today is yesterday's winnings on the Yanks +1.5 at -115 (played with a local)

YTD (3 - 1)
