Anyone use PPATM with Royal???

Here is their breakdown on the possible withdraw / deposit times.......

WHAT?????????...........With Carib, i deposit funds via PPATM INSTANTLY....Payouts are in my account within 10 minutes tops. Nine - Ten days possible??......is this true???

why does Royal not allow you to get cash back easy with Prepaid or NEteller
if you happen to win a bit. Is seems like it has to be a cashiers check.

Why not do what almost every other top flight place does and get those netellers going back and forth?

what is the quick company thinking on this? Only refund to Neteller what you deposited but not any winnings. Are you lokking to change this soon? Does it hold down costs for Royal, does it trick the customer in keeping his money at Royal and not cash out since getting paid is not as easy as a neteller on line transaction? do you not trust Neteller, prepaid atms with the players winnings? i can think of a few guys who dont like checks from FED EX, arrriving in the middle of the day at their home from overseas places or unknown sources....... WU not much better, its very expensive, you have to get cash (which they harldy ever have enough of at the outlet, so you get a check which now has to be processed, deposited etc) again for a few gys I know who keep this stuff pretty quiet in their home accounts Royal cant work.

90% of the time this item has no effect on clientele. Much like the act of god clauses seen on most sportsbook general rules. It can be applied if money transfer costs from a particular client becomes pronounced in combination with bonuses, etc. This item is more of a boundry than an applied rule. We do carry many positive player benefits, great contest, player options, excellent bonus offers. At some point I would like to see the Royal bashing stop. We have put a lot of effort into providing a great experience for all clients. Even to the point that every playing client within the last few months has an assigned direct laison to assist them in any and every aspect of the business with a communication factor that the client deems comfortable. There are also great playing advantages as well. I am hoping someone cuts and pastes our daily specials and posts them with the same microscope used to find the negativity always posted here. Nice job tooting your own horn but you didn't answer his questions. I'm looking for a new out but would really like to see the answers of Try's questions before deciding whether to give Royal a try. Why can't winnings go to Prepaid or Neteller?

i will stop asking and continue to use Royal of course.

but keep in mind the RX "bashing" did allow us to get Oly (many of our favorite sports book) to move to a 10 cent baseball line this year. So we do have a history of getting our favorite books set up to be even better for the customer.

the customer support thing is great by the way. each customer has a main contact, you have an email address to go to (or you can call) and that person has responded back to me for example in less than 10 minutes via email (except days off but hey a gal need a day off once a week!). adn they know you they know your prior questions, you dont have to start over each phone call stuff like that. That was excellent.

I'll second that!!!!......The Royal reply sounded like the ramblings I heard on the debate last night. Contests, bonus', ect are nice.....But bottom line - I win, I want $$ in my hands, and it just seems as if Royal's options aren't worth the effort. No biggie, as I just find a different out, or stick with FF, Oly, Carib and Grande.

I think Richard is saying that the winning can go to NEteller or PREPAID atm. In some cases, Its not the general rule for everyone. But work with your account customer service agent and they likely can get that done for you. But not for everyone so they have as the rule only neteller for up to the deposit. But it sounds like for a good customer not doing strange things with bonus whoring, daily in /out stuff they can get this done.

This item is more of a boundry than an applied rule.
