St. Louis Cardinals +140 -Cardinals have been the best road team all year even better on road than Astros home record. Cardinals are 5-4 in Houston overall with 3 of the losses coming last week in the season when they had nothing to play for. Suppan has matched up with Clemens like 6 times this year and many of those games have been nip and tuck. All the pressure is on Astros in this one. Cardinals by winning first two games have guaranteed this series going back to St. Louis and will play loose knowing this. I expect a very close game today as Suppan is probably Cards best pitcher and obviously Clemens will be ready today. Clemens has never lost to Cards though Cards have worked him into no decisions and eventual wins. This is the time of the year when people step up and Suppan will do it again and Cards clutch hitting comes through one more time to put Cards up 3-0. BOL.
