Anyone in the Carib and Bowmans contests? How y'all doing?

I'm in Carib myself. Don't have an account with Bowmans so I'm not in that one. Currently 20-9, tied for 10th 1.5 games back with the Rams -6.5 pending. I'm account number 69901, not 69190 who not only has been on my ass like white on rye the past three weeks (and STILL tied with me!). But apparently shares my same ISP and a similiar posting name. What are the odds, huh.

After tonight, though, that little twerp will be behind me and behind me for GOOD. :hammerit

Just wondering how everyone else is doing. I think I have a chance to win this thing, although there is still a looong way to go.

I was in Carib's last year. Started off like 15-5, but wasn't good enough because there were others that started off 20-0 or 19-1, something like that. Unfortunately, in contests such as these, the best cappers dont always win, because there are always some that will get really lucky and start off and continue just like above. If I remember right, had to pick 5 games per week, right?

Yeah, it's five games. This year no one really caught fire early. But just like in a long distance foot race, you have to figure someone will break away from the pack.

With 30 games gone and only 55 left whoever gets hot at this point could take control going down the strecth. 25-5 is a distinct possibility. I just hope I'm the one who does it. If I don't do that, then 6 out of ten, 7 out of ten, or some pace similar should at least give me a shot the last month.

I have power-net cable, and so does this guy. The ISP's are the same.

Anyone who has a Carib account can verify I am not "Dell Dude". Just see for yourself that there is a 69901 at 20-9 and 40 points and a 69190 at 19-9-2 and 40 points.

He's 69190. I'm 69901. I can't explain the almost identical account numbers, ISP's, posting names and even records. It's just one of those freak things I guess.

Come on guys. I'll probably out live my welcome here all on my own. I don't need to start with this jerkoff's old garbage.
