Yea, what a spectacular post season.

Whatever happens with the Bosox I will be very proud of them. Atleast they did not give up, unlike other years.

I think this year is special.

Clemens on Wed?

I would think Clemens starts game 6 on 3 days rest, just as Oswalt would do the same on Thursday if necessary. The Astros can't take any chances with anyone else.

Go Astros! (as a lifelong fan, not $ this time)

haha I am just going with the rotation i see here on CBS sportsline, I agree with you I would get ROger out their tommorow too!

But I dont think he will be as effective, he threw a hell of a lot picthes last game!

Clemens and Oswalt would be ideal YESS!

How about Lidge, this kid is fantastic!

Do you think a pitcher like Roger Clemens has to be 100 percent to win?

Batters who face him are absolutely terrified. The majority of batters who face Clemens bat defensively.

I think Clemens will go for game 7 but putting him for 6 would not be a bad idea at all.

Well I am bringing this thread back to the top for good reason!

The baseball magic is alive and well in OCTOBER and with the YANKS losing 6-0 to Boston, I like my earlier call on HOUS going to the series even more now!

This is truly a hollywood script:

Boston potentially, being down 3-0 to the evil empire, goes on to win 4 straight and face their former ace Clemens who started his career in beantown.

Tommorows bet against STL with Roger on the mound will be my biggest bet of the Playoffs. Clemens at the moment is getting +112 against Suppan tommorow and I will gladly take that!

Boston may be breaking the curse and making history tonight by possibly getting to the World Series, but If they go on to face the Killer B's and Rocket Roger, their world series winless streak will live on.

Wouldnt it be so ironic if Roger and Co. keep the Sox from winning a WS!!
