Over/Under ELEMENTARY breakdown:
Schilling is a SOLID UNDER pitcher...however, everyone is WELL aware of his ankle problems and we witnessed first hand how that affected game one OVER/UNDER
Lieber has been SOLID all year long, especially at home, as he simply refuses to throw balls and lets his defense take care of the rest.
Wind will be blowing in....rain is likely....chilly...
BULLPEN is DEPLETED! Probably most important stat considering Schilling is in my mind is still a HUGE question mark to go deep in this game.
Although Lieber has been solid, I still think he's prone to some slip ups and could easily get into a high pitch count relatively early in the game.
Regardless of the wind/temp....I think enough question marks with the aforementioned breakdown looks to favor the OVER in this game. I wouldn't make it a huge play, but OVER in my opinion looks like the bet for me.
Also pulling for the sox to force game seven...strictly for entertainment purposes!
