I would think it is true and deserving

A shake-up will be needed

Yanks have best players in game and they are suppose to win every year

Torre was the worst manager in the history of baseball before he inherited all-star team

I hope the Torre firing would be the start of a avalanche of bad news for them :breakit:

Well if he would have a balanced lineup it would help, Tony Clark is an absolute joke! Why is that lineup stacked all at the top and left barron at the bottom??

It killed them in each of the last 3 games, no way they could get clutch hits when they get past Arod and Sheff, even Matsui has been crap of late.

That is about the dumbest statement anyone can make. He is a serious contender for MVP if Yankees win and arguably the hardest "out" on the team...

Come on Shrink, no one in that Lineup has gotten a clutch hit in the last 3 games, and if it keeps up tonight, they are done.

So it will make anything he did in the 1st 3 games irrelevant.

Crap as of late...like what the last game?!?!?!? Right!!!! Moving on!

Blame Arod for being hitless with RISP. Matsui has been a rock.

Good pitching will beat good hitting in the playoffs. The Yanks pitching actually hasn't been that poor during this series but the Sox staff has been better the last three games.

Man for man the Yankees are better in almost every position, and the closest you can come by comparing each player against the other's is 6-3 Yankees...

Also, on paper, the Starting Pitching matchup favors Yankees.

And lastly, playing at Home favors Yankees.

However, I put the MOMEMTUM that the Red Sox have as enough of an indicator to believe they will WIN tonight despite the "paper" arguments...

Let's play ball!!

THE SHRINK

I believe that the injury to Olerud has hurt the Yankees much more than anyone has even elaborated...
