There is a National League Championship Series game to be played today. Almost gotta feel for these guys. St. Louis was arguably the best team in baseball throughout the 2004 season. Meanwhile, Houston IS the cindarella story of the playoffs. Yet, the NLCS seems to have been totally disregarded because of what's taking place in the ALCS.

Well, at least we'll get to see the entire NLCS game today, as opposed to the last few minutes, which was the case earlier this week.

In any case, Go St. Louis, Go Yanks (hurts a tribe fan to say that), I have them parlayed to win their respective series.

Shhh, Bernie remember what I wrote. The more the public lives and dies with the ALCS, the better the value the NL will be in the Series. Last year would have been a value bonanza if it weren't the Marlins beating the Cubs. If the Marlins beat the Braves the ratings for the NLCS would have been a third of what they were and the Marlins would have been more than 2-1 underdogs to the Yanks.

Come on betting public, you don't want to watch the NLCS do you?
