Something tells me that either Red Sox or Yankee fans will hang this moniker on the Sox starter this evening. Not sure which yet, but he is capable of 7 quality innings or an inning giving up 7 runs.

Remember those 22 hits and 19 runs Yankees scored in game #3? It appears anybody can shut the Yankees down now. This Lowe showing proves it. And they have scored even less against the same pen they blew up in game 3. Talk about a power outage, close to a blackout. Series turning play, ground rule double in game 5. Yankees would have closed it out. Cost me a huge Bonus Play dog parlay. <TABLE><TBODY><TR class=line_item_odd vAlign=top><TD align=middle>ONLINE/-1

Sources: Braves trade Derek Lowe
ESPN.com news services

The Atlanta Braves have traded Derek Lowe to the Cleveland Indians, sources tell ESPN The Magazine's Buster Olney.
Lowe was traded for left-handed pitching prospect Chris Jones, a source familiar with the trade told Olney.
The Braves are eating all but $5 million of the $15 million remaining on the last year of Lowe's contract, sources told Olney.
Lowe went 9-17 with a 5.05 ERA in 34 appearances for the Braves in 2011. The 15-year veteran right-hander has a career record of 166-146 with a 3.94 ERA.
ESPN The Magazine senior baseball writer Buster Olney contributed to this report.
