No one ever won 3 in a row after geing down 3-0. No one ever won a series after being down 3-0. Ever. Where were the curses and ghosts?

I'm not trying to pour any cold water on a great feat by the Red Sox....however winning the pennant is nothing new to Boston..... winning the World Series will silence all this talk about curses etc.
