Whoever made the decision to trade Nomar and pickup Dave Roberts, Doug Mankevich sp????, and Orlando Cabrerra. Got the pre madonna superstar off the team and allowed gelling between all of the players.

Good question Hitman, either Boy Wonder-GM, Francona, GM & Francona, or possibly as mentioned on Jim Rome this summer the players on the team had asked for his removal almost a year before it finally happened.

Schilling and Clemens(and Petitte) are worth their pay as much for their leadership as their starts.
