He is a GREAT pitcher no doubt!!

His drubbing in the AllstarGame in the early innings is WHY the AL has the Home field for the Series. He was the (L) loser in that Allstar Game.

Interesting tid bit

nice tidbit,

how about righting that wrong and winning on the road in game 6 or game 7 , in the house where he started his hall of fame career!

If Hous can win tonight, yet another wildcard team will win the WS this year and oh how upset boston fans will be.

I wonder if rogers is going to be welcomed or booed ;)

go stros!

One inning too long-- and Cardinal lousy pitchers actually showed up tonight--- can't believe Garner didn't just plan Clemens 5 innings: in light of age, having pitched on 3 day's rest earlier(this way he'd still get the decision & have more left for the World Series), then, 2 or 3 innings Oswalt, 1 or 2 Lidge. Ehh, guess he also had to look forward to the next series......

Garner is a jagoff. He blew this series in game 6 when he brought in that scrub Micelli. He should have brough Oswalt in after Lidger gave him 3 strong innings. Why would he bring Oswalt in tonight down 2 in game 7 and not bring him in when Houston had a shot of wrapping this series up. If Houston by some miracle would have come back to win the 7th game who the hell would have started game 1 in Boston?
