yes I live just over the Ottawa River in Quebec, but I work in Ottawa & that is where I am from....

I havent checked out (mise o jeu) yet... which is Quebec's version....

Hey Sport, I think with the mise-o-jeu you can get some of the games without the mandatory Ontario Pointspread hook. and some college totals.

Have not played in the belle provance in a couple of years though.

Are you really sure, you want to bet lines like that? If that 4 teamer pays out 9-1, it means that you get about -129 (decimal 1.78) on straight wager.

I am not sure, that is why I am posting here looking for FEEDBACK.... My thinking is the reduced payout is not as Big as the Extra Points, In a small way these plays are like Teasers.......

QUESTION FOR THE MATH GUYS:

If the 4 Teamer Pays +900 (obviously less than Standard)...... DO THE EXTRA POINTS, OFTEN OVER KEY NUMBERS lIKE 3 or 7.... MAKE UP FOR THE REDUCED PAYOUT.....

SOME OF THESE NUMBERS ARE WAY OFF... MATH GUYS?:think:

personally, I do not feel the point variation is as powerful in college....

But in the NFL.... with the examples above.... it is quite huge

If the line is 2.5 pts off then it is worth it, if not don't bother. Also better if it crosses some sort of key number. You need at least a 58% probabilty for each game to make it worthwhile. Depending on which numbers you cross I'd rate a 2.5 pt equal to at least -140, maybe even upwards of -155. If it is -140 then multiply that 4x over and that comes out to a 7.5-1 payout. If you can get 9-1 then there is some value.

Car -.5
Cincy +8.5
Miami +8.5
AZ +9.5
Clev +9.5

Those numbers seem to have value.

yes the 4 team parlay only pays +900, HOWEVER, I feel the extra points present value here....

It may be wiser to drop Detroit from my initial assesment & replace it with Carolina or Oakland....

seems that move has much more value...

You are correct... You need 5 of 6 selections you make to make money....

But I do beleive it is greater value than what you would find in Vegas if you play exactly this way.....

Those pinnacle lines are a good guide but remember you have to subtract 5-10c for the juice.
