Month 1: Nov 2-Dec 1 $300

Month 4: Feb 1-Mar 6 (no games Feb 18, 19, 20, 21) $300<o></o>

Here are the Official Contest Rules: <o></o>
1) You are required to have a minimum of 100 posts to participate in this contest. <o></o>
2) One contest entry allowed per person/IP address. Contestants found to be using multiple ID’s/IP’s will be disqualified. If you are using an Internet Anonymizer, I suggest you turn it off when posting plays. <o></o>
3) We will allow any new entrants up until November 30th, 2004. No players may enter after Nov 30th. <o></o>
4) The lines will be posted daily. <o></o>
5) We will allow up to 3 plays per day. If you post more than 3 plays, only the 1st 3 will be graded. You do not have to post every day. <o></o>
6) Only plays on Sides & Totals are allowed. No Moneylines. <o></o>
7) Each play is for ONE unit, or 1.1 to win 1. <o></o>
8) One and ONLY one post per day will be allowed. No exceptions. A second post in any one-day will be ignored and graded no action. <o></o>
9) If a post is edited, all plays will be ruled "no action". Editing of posts will NOT be permitted and contestants are subject to DISQUALIFICATION upon review.<o></o>
10) The posted game starting time will be the deadline to post. Forum time will used as a cutoff. No game will be counted if posted past the start time of game played. If the posted starting time is 7:05, a post made at 7:06 will be graded as "no action". <o></o>
11) The game must be listed with lines in order to count as a play. Any play made that is NOT listed with lines will be graded "no action". <o></o>
12) When posting your plays in the OFFICIAL NBA CONTEST THREAD we ask that you COPY AND PASTE your plays from the listed point spreads and totals to minimize errors and simplify record keeping. <o></o>
13) Plays must be posted in the OFFICIAL NBA CONTEST THREAD. <o></o>
14) Do not post ambiguous lines: <o></o>
·A play on the spread should show your team AND the line, but listing just the team is acceptable. (Dallas +6 or just Dallas is allowed)<o></o>
·A play on the total MUST show at least one team playing followed by over/under and the point total (listing Pt. total is optional). (Dallas over 200 or just Dallas over is allowed). <o></o>

17) Selecting the favorite AND underdog in the same game is not allowed. Likewise, you cannot select the over AND the under in the same game. <o></o>
18) The contestant with the MOST NET UNITS WON (highest money total) will be declared the winner each month. <o></o>
19) IN THE EVENT OF A TIE the winner will decided based on units won for the proceeding 5 contest days. <o></o>
20) Each player's MONTHLY score will then be reset to 0 to start a new monthly contest. <o></o>
21) You must make a minimum of 30 plays per month and/or 150 plays for the season to be eligible for prizes
