Its a BEAUTIFULL day

When my little one wakes up in the morning,and is in a good mood,she always says,"its a beautifull day".This morning when i got up I took care of my morning duties(starbucks,walk dog,personal)I turned to the RX and it seemed most were in a real good mood,happy-ready for the day ahead of us.
Theres alot of different personalities here.And some people just get on our nerves with there opinions.But thats life at the RX.
I personally wish everyone a healthy and prosperous rest of the year.Remember you only live once so enjoy it to the fulliest.Why am I writing all this-----------because ITS A BEAUTIFULL DAY.

why are we all lying to ourselves for? Life sucks for us gamblers, and we know it. Life stinks because us gamblers have no ambition, we are losers, we are lazy, we hate to leave the house, we stay home and stare at a freakin computer and watch sports all day. We eat bad food, we don't get enough exercise because we're in front of a damn computer all day. Our occupation is an addiction. We ca'nt tell anyone we don't know that we gamble for a living, we have to actually lie and make up an occupation. We live in sin, we're unhappy, we're unhealthy, we treat our wives like **** when we lose money. Some days we are in a good mood because we won money, the next 3 days we are terrible company and take it out on the wives or kids when we lose, not including lots of sleepless nights when we have a horrible losing night. We lose our hair faster and blood pressure will go up. I read somewhere that gambling a whole lifetime takes7-12 yrs off your life.

We're all kidding ourselves when we say we are happy. As long as we are gamblers, we will never be happy and we will just be lying to ourselves by saying we are..

Yeah, sure, life is great and it's a beautiful day, GREENHEAD... :nopityA:

petey boy, thanks, but Winky should consider himself the luckiest man alive for us not showing up and giving him the win by default, because had we both shown up, he DEFINITELY would have ended up in 3rd place, and of course we know I would have won it all..

I hope you are not being serious, but if you are, you most certainly need some help. Every morning you should wake up with a smile, otherwise your day will be so much worse. We all do things that sometimes we'd rather not, but that's life. If you are miserable, things will be that much worse. Cheer up man.

I try to be the eternal optimist. Without my kids I may come off as the negative curmudgeon Sicky. Greenie is probably just thrilled duck season is just a couple of days away so he can go blast Daffy. I envy him, as I must remain in front of Don. But every morning when I greet my 3 year old son I give him a big hug and ask "How is my favorite little guy?" I may come off like an arrogant prick here, but that is my screen persona. In real life I try to make a positive impact on all I come in contact with. Thanks Greenie, it is a wonderful day!:howdy:

sick gambler-I've never met you,but I'm sure your a cool guy.Your super funny and obviously a very very good story teller & writer.

But when you lose dont ever "take it out on the kids and wife,"like you wrote.Thats one area that no-one will tolerate in any way shape or form.

When you lose one,go mow the lawn and tell us how it went.That was a classic.

Hey dante, WTF is a side splitter? Yes, on a monday night football bailout game 17 yrs ago, I doubled up my whole week on the game and lost it in the final seconds on a kneel down on the 1 yard line and instead of collecting 600 bucks from my bookie, I had to pay him 4700..

Then my freakin girlfriends cat was annoying me by climbing up on my leg just after the kneel down. So i took him and whipped against the wall across the room and he broke his back leg. My GF back then freaked on me and cried. So i ended up apologizing and paying 600 bucks for the cat, PLUS the 4700 to my bookie:carto1710

Then, to make things worse, as soon as I paid for the cat, the GF dumped me. NO big loss anyways because she was always getting on my nerves.. :finger: Worked out for the best...

It was actually worth it too because, BOY, DID I HATE THAT CAT!!!
