Opened a small account three weeks ago. Received my first withdrawl without a hitch and the customer sevice to this point has been excellent. FWIW.

Thanks, but this isn't news. Their service has always been good in my experience, and they're not one of the books you have to worry about getting paid from.

seems we are getting many more positive comments about their current state than negative ones, hopefully thats a good sign...

They have turned it around....

Kevin and Tim and Richard are all good guys, and its obvious they are trying...

Hard to get away from the previous state they took over...

But its looking positivie so far...

Spoke with them myself on a user name issue...I was immediately transferred to a CS Supervisor that did an awesome job......BTW after 200 post your not a newbie...your a newbo....even General started at #1...good job.
