I mean who the heck would watch these college games on tv if you did not have money on either side?

That Boise State game last night is a perfect example. Who in the f u k cares about boise st. or hawaii? Answer: Gamblers

I am fairly confident that 75 percent of the games would not be televised if not for gambling.

I graduated from the University of Florida.

Do I watch their games every week??

NO.

College football is boring, and the coaches are idiots.

Ok, If these games suk soo much and are boring, why not bet the other side and win a million bucks, it must have some kinda substanace to be wagered on or have a line on with the major books, so also explain the stadium sell outs.:WTF:

Dude. Students get tickets for free. Most college stadiums hold around 60,000 people. When you have a student body of 45,000 it is not that hard to figure out why the stadiums are packed.

I'm in complete <!--StartFragment --> agreeance with you on this.
Gambling makes the entire sports world go round.

I doubt ESPN would exist if not for betting and fantasy leagues.

I do not think college football is boring though, I'll take it over the NFL any day.

as far as hawaii - real simple here

when they play on the road - and are in the middle of the sked - they get very little action on their games

when they play at home - and there game starts after all other ones have ended - they get a TON of action. you get people who couldn't even tell you Timmy Chang plays for HI betting the game because it is the "bailout" special. guys who are down for the day look at it as their chance to get a winner and end the day on a winning note. guys who are up are playing with "house money".

if hawaii played their home games at, say, 2P, they would get about 10% of the action they get playing at night like they do.
