At two o'clock Sunday morning, most Americans will have to turn the clock back an hour to standard time. Although that means the sky will get dark an hour earlier, it also brings people an extra hour of sleep on Sunday morning.

Yes I love these DST days....I am still trying to get the damn Tivo to act like it did yesterday....."put a man on the moon......blah, blah.....my computer even auto updated....why can't we make a VCR/DVD/TIVO that does the same. I'll need that extra hour today just to look for the directions to my G-Shock running watch so I can figure that out.
