This morning, I was *attempting* to make an NBA play. I enter the wager, and the site sends me to a cryptic error page. "Runtime error". I have had similar errors before trying to place bets on NFL and MLB (including today, on NFL).
After several discussions with customer service (where I was initially told that no one else had this problem), we determined that the "Runtime error" message happens anytime you bet more than the limit for that wager.
A better solution than this obscure error page would be to simply state "Your wager has exceeded the limit for this game". I must have wasted an hour trying to determine what was causing the "Runtime error" - the amounts I was betting weren't all that high given that my wagers were usually on gameday.
Best solution though: state the limits on the wagering page.
Now, I still love Hollywood. 107 pricing, teasers, moderate limits. But SBR lists Hollywood as a book geared for "professionals (higher limits)", and this website issue is very "pro unfriendly".
