Is the rain light or heavy? Light rain does not affect totals at all, IMO. Based on observations, the things that affect totals the most in order are:
1) Heavy wind
2) Extreme cold
3) Heavy rain
4) Heavy snow
Even if light rain causes the ball to be slick and players fumble more killing offensive drives, that sets up short drives and defensive TD's.
