Do they offer quick payouts? What is there reputation? How long they been around? How does customer service rate? Is the software comfortable? Do they offer a nice betting menu?

A major question for me is.....

Do they make you have ID on file before paying out.

Ace .....the only book I have heard that ask for ID (that is a top book ) is BetandWin.com out of Austria....who else has asked?

Usually Neteller weeds out the ID theft crowd and Happy Meal eaters.
