Anyone else waiting for a EFT withdrawal from Neteller?

I know they are upgrading, but they have been down more than not the whole damn year.

and to make things worse, you cant even get through to customer service. Usually, a EFT takes less than 2 days, mine is still in the cancel mode.

I say it again, please get some competetion!!

maybe i got it in after clearance time. who knows, i will wait one more day and see if it goes into pending status. i am going to vegas on friday, i need some cash!!

They are holding onto the $$$$. I requested an EFT yesterday and it is still showing as CANCEL (which means I can cancel it). Usually as long as you get it in by 2-3 pm EST, it will change from CANCEL to Pending fairly quickly. Colin, if you are reading this, tell your CSR's they need to understand how YOUR SYSTEM works and when a customer requests an EFT to make the system accept it within an hour....I have a large amount that is just sitting there collecting interest for NT!

They have been upgrading their software since they moved some of the CSR's to Isle of Man....you may have gotten hung up in the overnight switch...glad it worked out for you. The ACH is in the U.S. and I think their computers are now set at GMT-0 over there.

I got a transfer from Bet365 to Neteller Sunday night and the EFT cleared my account last night at the 12:00 a.m. update.

Are they going to sweat my atm transfer? I can only take $500 out a day anyway but I'm wondering if they're going to hold that too. Anyone tried an atm transfer?

Neteller is becoming a bad organization due to their monopoly. Their support is lousy and inept, and now with them holding EFT transfers for god knows how long to get extra interest from players, PLEASE either fix the problem or let a REPUTABLE company come in....

My withdrawal from Inetbet casino was marked "declined".

Neteller said to contact Inetbet and withdraw again and get the transaction number.

Send the tranaction number to Neteller.

I use PrepaidATM wherever possible. No checking account info given to 3rd parties, very small fees, almost instant access to my money with their ATM card, and never a problem depositing or withdrawing so far. I don't care what's been said about Al Ross...it's the best payment processor I have used period!
