Emailed them about the 2 outstandings, electoral victory in Iowa and New Mexico, asking them what the rules are.
They said they had no immediate answer and further investigation would be conducted.
Note; wagers are still pending and the rules on the site say nothing about this
I asked if they are going to wait till all votes are counted (absentee and provisional) as these can swing the difference in both. Think Iowa is only a 12,000 vote edge right now.
Anyone have any experience or input? They already graded the overall race prop and Wisconsin.
I would think that legally it would be when those electoral votes are officially awarded to either candidate. Which didn't that happen last time in N Mexico when they awarded them to Bush, but then recounted and included the other ballots, whereby they then awarded to Gore.
