G...don't know why i never mentioned this to you prior...my father in law is a marine and served in WWII...he was at iwo jima and was one of the marines who was at the hilltop when the AMERICAN FLAG was raised on mt. sarabaachi (excuse the spelling)...he has been back to the island for a ceremony and i now have a black sands memorial...he remains...at 82 years of age... active with the marines and attends just about all of the functions...was at a few in san diego with him...as his guest...and met some vets of that era...
