I bet at a couple different books, but today I was going to make a few bets at Bodog. I liked a few lines, but when I logged on the lines I liked changed 1/2 pt in the wrong direction and were -115. Then I log off, and the line is what it was originally. Then log back on, and it changes again! :WTF: Do books do that very often?

Interclone;

It's done all the time... it's old school 'booking to faces'.... chances are that if you're profiled as 'sharp', your number will be different to the one dealt to the average joe. People complain about this practice all the time, but in the end you have the last word: if you like the number, then make a bet; if not, pass.

It's a common practice, not unethical IMHO, but I don't stick around at books that dish me a special number (which is what they want of course)...

To paraphrase WoL above: if you like the policy, play there, if not, go elsewhere.

At least seven of the books up on the top of this page deal dual lines in one form or another online.
