Top 10 Sportsbooks by turnover

Does anyone know or are any results published on who the top 10 sportsbooks are in terms of turnover and how much of the market do they represent? Individual figures would be great if possible.

Pinnacle- 7.5%
Intertops- 5.2%
wwts- 5.1%
greek- 4.7
sia- 4.3
sportbetting.com- 3.7%
boDog- 3.4
carib- 3.2
nasa 3.0
bowmans-2.9%
vip 2.4%
cris- 2.3%
wsex- 1.7%
rio group- 1.1%

Give or take a few percentage points these are very accurate numbers as I have access to these type figures. I factored in some credit players here and there.

now can somebody define turnover and what those numbers JJ has listed mean? And what do they mean in the big picture of things for choosing a sportsbook.

I have no idea what turnover means and what these percentages mean? does the turnover of all off shore sportbooks together have to equal 100%?

Is it based on handle per day? cusotmer base? winnings paid? neteller deposits?

Is Class B books the ones you ignore? Like tier 2 books?

can you give a Turnover for Dummies short write up?
