For the USC vs. OSU game Pinnacle had a wager up for longest offensive play from scrimmage to be >53 yds (yes or no). The first touchdown from Oregon St. was longer than 53 yds. from scrimmage, however the man who scored picked up a fumble from his teammate and ran it in the rest of the way (9 yds. I believe). My question to you is should this be a win for the yes or the win for the no?

Bombay - I don't think OSU scored on that play. The play started at the OSC 41 yard line, the pass went for 29 yards then the fumble was returned 21 yards further. That left the ball at the USC 9, OSU scored 2 plays later.

Ok, I jacked up on that, but it's still a good question. What happened is the guy caught it and ran 29 yds., his teammate picked it up and ran 21 yds., which is less than >53 yds. The next play was a 9 yd. TD pass, which is where i got the 9 yds from, I thought they scored on the fumble recovery, my bad. Should be a NO, in this case!! I wasnt paying that much attention to it. Still a good question for future reference though. I agree with you on the Hawaii game Mr. Negative.

I don't see the play you're talking about. This is the play by play of their first TD drive:

Oregon State Beavers at 10:50
1-10-ORST35 (10:47) Derek Anderson passed incomplete.
2-10-ORST35 (10:22) Derek Anderson passed to Marcel Love for 12 yards.
1-10-ORST47 (9:44) Dwight Wright lost 6 yards.
2-16-ORST41 (9:10) Derek Anderson passed to Joe Newton for 29 yards. Mike Hass recovered a fumble from Joe Newton and returned it for 21 yards.
1-0-USC9 (9:09) Derek Anderson passed incomplete to Marcel Love.
2-0-USC9 (9:02) Touchdown. Derek Anderson passed to Marcel Love for 9 yards.
(9:02) Alexis Serna made the extra point.
USC 0 ORST 13, Plays: 6 Yards: 65 Possession: 01:48.
