I've had all sorts of problems trying to initiate money transfers from my books to Neteller. I have to go on to Neteller and request transfer from merchant using merchant codes.
Neterller gives me error logging in every-other-time for the past few days. Either they are going through some massive upgrade and have bugs or some DDoS attack.
I also had my debit card withdrawal declined for the first time. I usually withdraw a few dimes a week with no problems, but today I had a problem and I was quite upset about it (I've come to rely on Neteller ATM withdrawal to always be there when I need it). Of course their email support is useless (they just say to call in), and live chat NEVER works. I wish more online merchants would use the Pinnacle model (not everyone can pick up the phone and call in at any time... you know, wife/family/work environment.
Anyways I called customer support and apparently FSV (the debit card company) is doing upgrades so my withdrawals all day to debit card have declined. I tried several times. They gave me 10k Netpoints for my trouble... LOL!!! I've spent MILLIONS of Netpoints and never won a damn thing.
