Did I Get Fuked At The Money Store??

I was just reading the terms of my loan agreement and it says in small print something about 36% interest and goes to 40% if I do not pay off in 3 years. I signed the fukkin thing too, is there a way I can go back to store with money (if my local gives me cash back) and said I do not want loan now??

I will never pay this thing off at 36%, impossible. I thought it was only 21%, the *** must of conned me somehow with fancy bull ****.

Any bankers here??

Baseball guy I have been gambling since I was 8 so I know what I am doing here guy and I bet (every book I have read) that pros eventually win. I just have to go through this bull **** for a while.

is this from a bank or loan shark?????? if it's from a loan shark chances are you will never get it paid back...have a friend here in vegas and his brother owes loan shark 5000...10% every two weeks and paying him just the juice of 500. every two weeks ..will never see daylight with that kind of sh*t....jeffksu....:WTF:

JJ the money store is not the 'bank' as you stated earlier. this explains the description of the people you made earlier. man i hope you cash that colts ticket if not i hope you saved enough to get smashed. if only you had pete rose to sit next to you and root this winner home and say "thats ok, whos the best JJ" in case it loses and you can fight back tears and go "we are pete"

No sharks this time, I have no problem getting loans from sharks and plus they do not really charge me interest. I make them laugh and **** and let them rib me about my weight and stuff and plus I get them cole cuts and wine.

Dimer I am maxed out with 4 sharks and told them to cut me off until I pay, they are good guys.

Dimer the last two chains I gave you were big money chains and covered my loses plenty. I would think I should have free $100 reverse tonight on foots.

Maybe you can tell clerks to make it happen.

Kenny I am exempt from points because I run errands to the deli for them and pick up tout sheets (gold sheet, northcoast, ect and sports eye)

Unless the lender specifically gives you a rescission period they don't have to unless you're using your primary residence as collateral. And you get 3 days after you sign.

JJ.....yeah, instead of chairs my clerks sit on freakin loveseats..........i am sitting a faux-leather ottoman now that leans to one side..........my clerks hate me, because of you JJ...... the other day a spring popped up and tore through a clerks clothes.....she screamed so loud......i thought we were being raided.......

Out here son we have money stores that charge effectively 100% a year. Consider yourself lucky. They once tried to pass limits on interest charged out here, but the thing never got close to getting the time of day. We have pawn shops and check cashing shops on every corner, way too much clout in this town. I can only imagine the messy stories you hear in there.

What happened at the bank anyways, thought all you guys were going to get bailed out by the loan officer?
