Notice to all visiting ThePrescription................
I had reached an agreement with 4SportsPicks.com a few weeks ago thanks to the help of the General and he has now STOPPED paying me AS AGREED!!!
His use of profanities on the phone and his past actions have forced me to once and for all NOTIFY everybody that this guy Ken from Hawaii and his new company 4SportspIcks.com aka ProPowerPicks aka EWinner is BAD!!!!!
They DO NOT PAY !!!!!!
I guess he feels that his little Blue Building down the street from BetEagle in Pavas is too far for me to come...............hmmmm?
I lost 35 dimes there and then winn 7 back and can't get it. You wonder why I am angry???????????????????

I called my old number for EWinner.com and spoke to a nice girl named Angie.
She told me that Ken was not there but at home in Rohmoser, C.R. (probably drinking)
She said I should call back tomorrow if I would like to POSTUP here at 4Sportspicks.com !!!
Unbelievable- these bandits are still in business!
Also- I just found out that Kens picture is the one on the far right side on the homepage for ProPowerPicks.com .
Can'tPickMyNose is next to him on the left and the linesman Rexxy is all the way to the left.........all Gringos:WTF:

I am sorry to hear. Don/Ken agreed to a payment plan with us and that is funny enough over 7k alone. A payment plan of a dime a week for 7 weeks. Can't come up with 7k, but yet has the money to operate a sportsbook.

In all the times that I have been fortunate enough to arbitrate an individual player dispute, there has never been a sportsbook that has not honored it's final agreement. Call guiness, you may have set a record in the stiff category.

I would be more than happy to talk to you. Take a look at anyone of my post at PPP and my business phone is there. Call me and we can talk. I will not have my forum dragged though this mess when we have nothing to do with it. They are a sponsor of our site and that is where it ends. As I told Minnow there are 2 sides of a story and if my forum and my name is going to be dragged through the mud at least step up and contact me where we can talk like men.

Mark, I spent 40 hours on this already and a settlement was made and agreed to by the parties whom both agreed to arbitration. I hope your forum does well. Don told me had you told him of the account situations earlier, this would have never happened. He admitted he was wrong and is now being a stiff. It's a shame is all. Lucky is suffering none financially over this. As he told Don very boldly, it's a matter of principle.

Lucky1 is right, suffering financially or not, this is not the question, As Lucky1 says: It’s a matter of principle ! Lucky1 paid 40000,- to Don / Ken, why is it that he can’t get the 7k he won. It’s ridicules to believe that Don / Ken has no money. We might just swallow this, but after a agreement was made between both parties in front of the “General” to pay 1000,- per week, paying 3 times and than stop. This has to be punished!!! He cannot get away with this. Anybody who is reading all this, has to asked himself, what kind of Sportsbook Ken / Don is running. He does not have the missing 4000,- USD ? What happened if somebody else wins ? I’m sure every other player would be happy, listening to Don / Ken “ Oh, I’m sorry don’t have the money right now, spend it all this morning in Vodka & Orange juice “

Propowerpicks&4Sportspicks

Hello Everyone:
I am new to here. My husband has been reading these forums for over a year and made me post this.
A while ago he signed up at PropowerPicks.com and bought a Pick Package. As soon as he did we got a call from a guy named Ken and asked if we would like to have an offshore book place to play.
We posted up $500, never got our bonus at 4SportsPicks, played two races and the one that won- Ken said we "pastposted" and the other one lost so there was no problemo.
We played our money thru and lost all.............
Now I know that we would not have gotten paid anyway. We never got our bonus either. This is a sad business...........
