Not long ago, when I received email via hotmail, there was a notification that let me know i had gotten mail. Now, that is not the case. Anyone have an idea of how i can get that notification back?

Mine is the same way bro. I dont think it is you, I think it is msn/hotmail. They have been having problems for months now with the messenger service.

Go to tools, option, general and choose "Display alerts when email is received.

I am spending less time on msn and more on yahoo messenger


yahoo is a much better application

Also at the top of my windows messenger box, I can no longer see "My inbox". It used to be there so that i could click on it and go directly to my mail. I may uninstall and try to load again.

I just went to MSN.com and downloaded the newer version and all is ok. I could not even find Windows messenger in my add/rem progys. Working good now.
