nfl at 10 am. i grew up east coast literally chomping at the bit waiting all day for football. as it is now. at 37 living on the west coast - i stay up late one nite a week, saturday, sleep in sunday... and there is nothing quite like shaking off a hard nites sleep with instant entertainment. the ONLY draw back is that i have overslept a bet here and there. not often, but if i am up until 3 am watching tv or bangin away - odds are my azz will miss opening kick offs.
Are you trying to be entertained or are you a serious bettor? If you want to watch a lot of games for action's sake then west surely is better. If you are just looking for an edge I have to think the later times work better. Especially if you hold down a 9 to 5 where you can easily miss plays.
the Best Coast times are the greatest. you wake up - and pretty soon it is FOOTBALL time! also - on MNF when the game runs long - it ends BEFORE 10P - so you can watch the entire game and go to bed at a reasonable hour. on the Least Coast you are up till past midnight.

West Coast All the Way
There is nothing like getting up and watching NFL games starting at 10:00 am (unless I have a golf game) - not to mention college games starting 9:00 am Saturday. And if you're a complete lunatic like me, you can watch European Soccer on a very slight time delay starting at 7:00 am Saturday on Fox Sports World. I was even up at 4:00am today watching Tottenham play Arsenal in English Premier League Soccer (wild game - Arsenal won 5-4).

ALSO,,, here on the Beast Coast we operate on Dracula Time: meaning-- "When we perchance decide to partake of evening entertainment, seldom do we depart our abodes before midnight(as precious few quaint & charming events take place at the vast majority of chi-chi / frous frous clubs before that time of night anyhow
