After listening to offshore customers for years, whether it be on these forums or in real life, cannot tell you how many times I have heard the following three desires they wish for in their offshore sportsbook.

1. NETELLER withdrawls not taking over 4 hours to complete........preferably much shorter.

2. Answering emails promptly........preferably less than 1 hour during normal business hours.

3. Allowing for at LEAST one free Neteller withdrawl every 30 days.....even if for only a $5000 maximim.

-eliminate phone customer service agents & pass on the savings to the customers (like pinny does)......

OR

-hire 'FLUENTLY ENGLISH' speaking customer service agents who know something about sports betting & who do not treat you like they are doing you a favor when you call them. Sick & tired of language barriers when I call 'offshore sportsbooks' aswell as sick & tired of phone clerks who have no idea about their own business rules or various rules involved with betting on sports....:nono5:

1) Don't call me.... EVER.
2) Don't send me mail.... EVER.
3) If you don't normally do #1 or #2 allow me to put my name on a list so that I don't EVER get called or ever get mail from you. EVER.
4) Have some flexibility in your software for christ sakes. You're operating in the stone age.

complimentary nudy mags every now and then or maybe a pint of lager. i imagine a pinnacle sportsbook beer would be smooth. would have a great taste and be less filling.

2) don't cold call me on sunday afternoon - that means you royal! that means you cris!
3) don't send mail to my house
4) base your lines on your action rather than moving on air or steam (ok, i know that's too much to ask but, it is a wish list).

The ability to sort my past wagers by type, etc. so the days of manual bookkeeping are over. Or at the least, have something where I can more easily export the data into Excel.

For starters, it would be very refreshing to find just one book's customer service dept. that can answer a simple question accurately and preferably without having to check with someone else. For example, I called Skybook the other day and asked if they post overnight lines on Baseball, College BB and NBA and, if so; when roughly are they up the night before. Of course, she had to check with someone. She told me yes they do and they go up right after the last game of the evening starts. I checked that evening well after the last game on the board had started and there were no lines on either college BB or NBA. I probably would have opened an account with them otherwise-no chance now.

Have a confirmation screen on which your bet is GUARANTEED for 20-40 seconds or so. Oly and Canbet have these, kudos to them, wish others would follow suit.

I cant EVER remember sending a dollar to any book based on something I got in the mail from them. But I get swarmed with the stupid mail. And why do these books send those stupid rotation schedules? those are pointless in this day and age

Phone calls are off the scale bad. Some people ( not me) work very hard at hiding their gambling from family.

whenever I sign up for an account now, for phone number, I put the fax number at work in order to keep books from calling me and the people ( touts especially) some sell their list to from calling.

I cannot think of any reason why a book, whether I have money there, would need to call me. They have my e-mail address if they need to contact me. I would not mind a phone call over a legitimate issue like to inform me their having trouble getting fedex out and want to use neteller to send me a withdrawal or something.

But in reality, the calls I have ever gotton are from touts or books or casinos asking why I have not been there in a while. That I do not need.
