I had an issue at Royal with a bet that was cancelled due to a misprint in the team name. I had bet game number 531 San Diego -24 1/2 against AZ. THey had the correct game number and the correct line, but they had the team listed as San Diego St. Becuase of that, they cancelled my winning bet.

I called in to complain and I got a call back from the manager, Robert Drake. I explained the situation to him and he agreed to credit me for the winning bet.

It's nice to see that there are places who are interested in taking care of their customers......A+ customer service.

They did what they were supposed to do, I don't even think they should have cancelled the winning bet to begin with.

Thank you kongen. That's exactly what I was thinking.

It sounds like they posted a screwed up line - which is bad - and they tried to screw a customer over - also bad. It's good they ultimately didn't make the customer pay for their incompetence but I sure don't give out any A+'s on this deal.

I give that a, you'd-better-keep-your-eye-on-every-move-these-maniacs-make.

Skybook is top notch as well.

I had a horse wager that did not grade correctly and they promptly credited me. It is nice to see books that make things right.
