Winning 17 of the last 18 :WTF: , isn't this the perfect time to take a much needed break from sport wagering, or do you guys just keep playing no matter what the current streak?

I would bet 99 % cannot quit after winning 17 of 18 wagers...

:dancefool

Do you scale down your bets knowng your 'due' to cool off some , whats the best way to handle this situation ?

No way I would quit. I definitely would take down a good chunk of my winnings though. Leave your accounts funded and keep doing what you have been doing all along. Don't be afraid to press when you are hot - reduce when you are cold.

I cannot stress enough how much better I've gotten since I became disciplined at taking Points (when I feel their is an edge) and finding games I think will go UNDER, If I can't find dogs or Unders I like, than I just pass on the game ...one game all year I layed more than 3 points in the NFL and it was the Green Bay game...that was a friendly reminder,lol...that formula, along with strategic halftime and quarter wagers, there are no softer lines out there, than the ones between the qtrs ...

Now if I could only lay off those MNF Props :nono5:

Just don't raise your bets. If you are due for a break then by all means a good spot to take it is now or very soon once the run ends.

I agree with Wil and WB..congrats and keep doing what you're doing nothing more nothing less.

P.S. Where is Rail, Winky, OF, WC Bias, Ed at RAS, and our resident Imperial Palace Pit Boss,etc..when you need the Civil War winner amongst other west coaster teams this Sat?

What's a panhandling follower to do..I need to eat damnit!

In Winning or losing, the power to cease is very important. Prove to yourself that you can stop.

My last 3 plays last nigh were at 30% of my normal wager....that was what I call a 'heat check'... and they all came in so easy.....Now If I stepped up those plays I would have struggled with them .... I stepped up my plays on Sunday and went 1-3 , came back Tuesday and followed it up Wednesday, but I cut way back on the amount late last night ...

I won a couple games I had no business winning too, which last year I never seemed to win these kind of games...

depends on what type of player you are J.... a yearly grinder will just keep doing what he is doing, no need to change anything.. the wins and losses will even back out.... my philosophy is to grind em down, expect a 55-57% win rate and go from there... raise bets as bankroll grows, a 1%-1.5% wager is what id recommend, your bankroll is your business, set it up and distribute yourself a paycheck from it, if there is excess then let it grow.. guess its the wrong questions for some of this..
