On their site I can find the deposit option everywhere, but no withdraw.
I am trying to ask them through live chat, but I only get this message:
'All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly.'

Yes, you must call them -- there will be voice menu and I think the 4th item is to request a withdrawal. Then someone will ask you for username/password and then they will connect you to someone from accounting who will again ask for username/password. You will have to dictate most of the info. they already have on file for you and then they'll ask you how much you want and by what method. If it's neteller and for no more than $2500 it should go smoothly and you can expect to see the money in about 2 business days. I'd recommend just co-operatively answering each question, not asking any questions yourself, and not saying anything other than the direct answer to the question. It's a very rigid system unfortunately.

Most of the sportsbooks require verbal authorization in order to send the cash

The other day I had BetFair make a US$200k wire transfer all online.

So this book is equally sh*t as Royal. They do not take a decent bet and one has to phone them for a withdrawal. I will try the old fashioned email. See what they say.

Get all your money out of there and never play there again. Too many good books to play at places like this

I found out the same thing, when you have a book like Carib who gives you your cash in an instant thru PPATM or Neteller, why would you EVER use Millennium. Well only 1 reason, they do have great teasers there.

Once again, yet another problem with this rip off book. Look up my past posts and you'll see 6-7 replies I've made to posters with similar problems with this place. Yet I always see a fair amount of posters defending this place. THIS BOOK IS AWFUL AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!

With such solids out like Oly and Pinn, why in the world is anyone taking a chance with this rip off joint?

bodog

Lines at Bodog do tend to favor the dog but when I request money either via a online request it has been there in 1 to 2 days.Easy deposit and Easy withdrawal at Bodog. I will also say that their operators are very pleasant folks.
