Why are IIS lines always incorrect on live lines feature

Not sure if this has been discussed before but IIS constantly has lines in blue indicating the line has just moved as is off by 1/2 or a full point from everyone else. When i login to IIS to bet it is never there. Im sure the rest of you have noticed this too is there anything the rx can do to make IIS stop doing that.

I've notice the same. And they are not even "sharp/square" lines - the live-lines listed are always different from the lines on their site, even with no cookies.
