I live in Costa Rica and have experienced many Temblors (earthquakes) but the one we just had around 2:10AM CST was the worst I have ever experienced down here. Scared me a bit I am not ashamed to say. My house shook like crazy for about a full minute.

Here's hoping your casa is intact Wil...are you sure that it wasn't just Masterana knocking on the door?

A few more after shocks and all the dogs in the neighborhood are going nuts. Looks like I will be OK. Frankie I believe is in the DR, though.

Good to hear it Wil, and yes, the last I ever heard of years ago, that was the case.

Do you ever sit in with Judge Wapner and the boys for the BM's card night?..must be a real hootenanny!

No never had the pleasure to play in that game. To be honest I am not the world's greatest poker player. Although lately I have been learning the all the rage game of Texas Hold-em. I was playing in a small game on-line when the quake hit. I swear I had pocket Queens and had to play thru an earthquake to win a small pot. Gamblers - Go figure.

I don't think Judge plays there much either. When I went it was all a bunch of guys that had never heard of me! It was mostly guys that run online casinos, but you have the few guys like Jake and the others that talk about the game in the CR forum.

Believe me the talent was far closer to celebrity poker than the WPT, but everyone seemed to have fun just gambling whatever they had with them.

I see WB, oh well, most BMs I've known of are poor card players, but are loaded, thus could care less if they win or not, as most are usually sweating a horse or two on TVG off in the distance.

WB, The Dust degens, in their jerseys and high-fiving $10 parlays on the big-screen is often humorous, but more than not poster-child material for why most should never begin wagering..that place can make you laugh, but also make you wanna cry too.

In all my years here last nights quake was by far the worst..I compare it to going to the top of the rollercoasters highest hill..putting your seatbelt on..and then as the ride starts downward..screaming..WWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
