Good look with your Birds "Eaglebeak"

No disrespect intended, my late father was a hugh Eagle fan, he died the day the Eagles lost in the NFC championship to the Rams and your spirit reminds me of his passion for the birds.......good luck with them

again no disrepect, just was thinking of him!!!

Thanks Intruder! It's always nice to hear kind words and I am sorry for your loss. Maybe a little divine intervention will get us over the top this year (we can use ALL the help we can get!)

This one's for your pop:

Fly Eagles fly, on the road to victory...
Fight, Eagles Fight...
Score a touchdown 1,2,3...
Hit em' low, hit em' high, and watch our Eagles Fly...
Fly, Eagles fly, on the road to victory!
E A G L E S - Eagles!

sb

P.S. I say Go Eli too...I can't WAIT to have our defense say hello to him again!

Fail to the Deadskins tomorrow folks!:suomi:

Lest we forget....

Rabid. Passionate. Loud. Rowdy. Those are some of the words you hear when people describe Eagles fans. Most of all, Eagles fans are known as some of the best in all of sports. They've supported the Eagles through the good times and the not-so-good times starting in 1933 when the franchise launched as the Frankford Yellowjackets. Now, as the team begins a new era at Lincoln Financial Field, the fans will be even more important. "We know how loud it's going to be because the fans have already shown us how much love they have for the Eagles," said quarterback Donovan McNabb. "That means a lot to every one in this locker room and on this team. The fans are behind us. They're the 12th man on the field."

I know of those restaurants...both are just outside the city I think off West Chester Pike (if they're the same ones). Charlotte's in Newtown Square has pretty good food.

I used to love AC but it's really gone down lately and I don't make as many trips as I used to (now that Mrs. Sportsbet a STEELERS fan no less runs the show I don't get as much free time to go).

There are plenty of G-String (it's hard for me to type the word GIAN..well you know how it is) fans around here. One of my best friends loves them and his dad is an Eagles fan too so they always enjoy those games. A guy I worked with from NYC lives and breathes the Blue Menace. He's upset with me because I convinced his 10 year old son to be President of the Eagles Fan Club (well not really...but he now has to listen to his son cheer when the Birds score a touchdown). :howdy:

I just have to hope they can get the monkey off their (and all Eagles fans) backs soon. This team has too much talent to not be there this year and it will be most frustrating to see them not take home the Lombardi Trophy. Losing to Shittsburgh was hard enough on us...but this team is still one of the best in the NFL.

Good luck to you...
