Is there a figure that is fairly universal for the Home Court Advantage (in Pts) for PRO Basketball?

Universally 3 points is the most common number but by no means accurate for all NBA home teams. The Gold Sheet has always had decent HCV numbers The ones listed below are the final home court value (HCV) from last year.

I used to think 3 also. Seems that it varies widely from yr to yr.
